Everything But The Garage – FAQ for Shopping at the Kissimmee Sale
What can I expect to find at the sale?
Part of the fun of going to a Garage Sale is that you never know what you will find. Expect to find items typically sold at home garage sales. Examples include but not limited to are: tools, electronics, toys, clothing, shoes, collectibles, sports memorabilia and equipment, furniture, jewelry, man cave stuff, art, purses, new items, vintage, antiques, primitives, car parts, baby equipment, and home décor.
Everything But the Garage also attracts seasoned sellers who have close-out items, records, collectibles such as baseball cards, and unique flea market-type finds.
A few vendors will be selling direct sales products such as LuLaRoe, Avon, Papparazzi, etc. We have a few commercial sellers offering goods and services as well.
How many sellers will be there?
Generally, there are will be up to 100 sellers filling up the hall inside Osceola Heritage Park.
Do you provide shopping bags?
Some sellers may be able to provide plastic bags, however we recommend that you come prepared with your own bag(s) and / or small cart.
What do I do if I buy more than I can carry?
You get your hand stamped and exit the designated exit doors in the front of the hall to make unlimited trips back and forth to your vehicle. You may re-enter the same day as many times as you’d like.
What if I buy a large piece -- how do I get it to my vehicle?
Staff is available to assist moving large item (anything that can’t be hand-carried) to your vehicle. For assistance, visit the Exhibitor Services desk.
Can I leave and come back into the sale?
You can get your hand stamped and exit the designated exit doors in the front of the hall. You may re-enter the same day as many times as you’d like.
Where do I park? Is there a parking fee?
Everything But The Garage has FREE on-site parking! Enter the sale through the main entrance under the sign “Event Center”.
Why do I have to pay to get in?
Putting together an event of this magnitude takes a lot of time and manpower. There are overhead costs such as venue rental, equipment rental, security and staffing. If you were to attend the equivalent number of yard sales, you’d have to drive to over 100 locations in one day, spending much more in gas and travel time. Plus you never have to worry about weather conditions for our sale! The Garage Sale is indoors, in Osceola Heritage Park Event Center, a climate-controlled environment with seating and restrooms. (Children 12 and under are admitted for free)
How / where do I pay to get into the sale?
Tickets are also available at the box office the day of the Sale for $2 (Cash Only). (Children 12 and under are admitted for free)
Do sellers accept credit cards or are all sales cash-only?
Sellers choose which payment forms they accept. Some accept credit cards and / or checks. All sellers accept cash. Bringing small bills help make transactions easy and fast, allowing for more shopping time! There is an ATM on site. All transactions are between the seller & buyer.
I lost an item while shopping at the sale…is there a lost and found?
All found items are taken to the box office and are held there until the end of the show. After the close of the show, they are turned over to the Osceola Heritage Park Facility Management team, who at their discretion will hold the times for an short period of time.
